1. Statement of Principle & Compliance

InstaSave respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, photographers, artists, and rights holders. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international intellectual property treaties.

Because InstaSave is an automated gateway utility that does not host, index, or store video or image media files permanently on our servers, media streamed via our tool resides solely on Instagram's external content servers. However, we maintain an active administrative URL and handle blocklist to disable tool access for copyrighted material upon request.

2. Filing a Copyright Takedown / URL Blocking Request

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and wish to prevent your Instagram media, post URLs, or profile handles from being processed through InstaSave, please provide a formal written notice containing the following details:

• Identification of Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific URLs to Block: The exact Instagram URL(s), post shortcodes, or Instagram profile handles you wish to add to our blocklist.
• Contact Information: Your full legal name, title/company (if acting on behalf of a client), email address, physical address, and telephone number.
• Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the authorized copyright owner or representative.

3. How to Submit Your Notice

To ensure rapid review, please submit your DMCA notice through our online form on our Contact Page with the subject line "DMCA / Copyright Request".

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, our team will review the request and add the specified URLs or user profile handles to our permanent server blocklist within 24 to 48 business hours.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification providing the reasons for your belief, your contact details, and consent to legal jurisdiction.
